RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

• The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Products that show signs of use, damage, stains, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products purchased on final sale/ clearance.

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

• Customized or limited-edition products, if specified at the time of purchase.

Return Process

1. Initiate a return by filing the return form.

2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. The product must be shipped back within the timeframe mentioned in the approval email.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
