Our CORDURA® Ballistic Nylon is one of the toughest variants in the lineup — originally engineered for military body armor. Built to withstand the harshest conditions while maintaining a clean, matte finish. It also easily resists light rain and splashes.

We've chosen YKK® Racquet Coil zippers specifically — the RC technology makes them extra abrasion-resistant and they glide smoothly even through heavy use and tight corners. Stronger #8 for main compartments, lighter #5 for internal pockets.

230D HT Polyester
High-Tenacity Interior Lining
A high-tenacity woven polyester engineered for exceptional durability inside high-performance bags. The 230 denier count gives it a refined weight — light enough to avoid adding bulk, dense enough to resist daily wear, abrasion, and scraping from gear edges.
HT Polyester holds its structure under load, resists tearing along seams, and cleans easily. No dyes or finishes that degrade over time — just honest material that performs consistently from day one to day one thousand.
05 — Back Panel
3D EVA Foam
Engineered for Comfort + Impact Protection
A high-performance foam molded into a three-dimensional convex shape that fits the natural curves of the body. Reduces pressure points, improves shock absorption, and enhances airflow through built-in air channels.
Compared to flat foam: better ergonomic support, keeps you cooler during long use. Highly durable — resisting cracking, UV damage, and wear over time.
06 — Contact Layer
3D Spacer Mesh
Breathability You Can Feel
A premium three-layer fabric designed for maximum breathability, cushioning, and durability. A soft top mesh layer, a middle spacer layer creating an air gap, and a strong bottom mesh for structure.
Allows excellent airflow, reduces sweat buildup, and provides lightweight cushioning — commonly used in backpack back panels, shoulder straps, running shoes, and office chairs.
Compared to regular single-layer mesh: more durable, retains its shape longer, and offers superior comfort and shock absorption.
