Eleven Theory Carry Forward

This is the
full commitment.

Not a summary. Not a marketing page. Every mechanism, every number, laid out exactly as it works — because a commitment you can't fully explain isn't really a commitment.

What It Is

A standing
transfer, not
a promotion.

"Not a promotion. Not tied to a purchase. A standing commitment, calculated whether the year was good or bad."

Carry Forward is Eleven Theory's commitment to give 1% of our net revenue, every financial year, toward the education of children who would not otherwise have access to it.

It is calculated at the close of each financial year and paid directly toward education access — not through a marketing partnership, but as a standing transfer built into how the business runs.

It is not a discount. It is not tied to any specific purchase. It is not a campaign that runs when it's convenient. It is a number we are required to hit every year, the same way we are required to pay for materials or ship an order.

Talent isn't
rare.
Access is.

Education is the only thing we have found that a person can use to change their own life, permanently, without needing anyone's permission again.

Before we made a single bag, we decided that if this business worked, it would carry someone else forward with it.

This is our attempt to hand more of it out.

How It Works

Three steps.
No discretion.

01
1% of net revenue, not profit
Set aside at the close of every financial year, without exception. Net revenue — because profit is a number we control, and we didn't want a commitment we could quietly shrink in a hard year by adjusting our own margins.
02
Paid directly toward education access
That amount goes directly toward education access for underprivileged children. Who it goes through will be decided together with our community — a cumulative decision, not one we make alone. We don't select individual recipients. We fund the mechanism that reaches them.
03
Published once a year
What it became each year, in numbers, is published once a year. Nothing more frequent than that.

Before we made a single bag, we decided that if this worked, it would carry someone else forward with it.
