Lifetime Warranty

At Eleven Theory, we design our gear to endure real use over time. We stand behind the quality of our materials and craftsmanship with a Lifetime Warranty that lasts for the practical lifetime of the product itself.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the gear and is not transferable.


1. What This Warranty Covers

This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship for the reasonable, expected lifespan of the gear. Covered issues include:

  • Material defects - fabric, webbing, foam, or structural components that fail due to manufacturing flaws

  • Workmanship defects - seams coming undone, stitching failure, poorly assembled parts

  • Hardware failures - zippers, buckles, clips, attachment points, frames that break due to defects

  • Functional component failure - internal frame sheets, load-bearing assemblies, hidden reinforcements

If a covered defect appears at any time during the lifetime of the product, we will repair it free of charge. If we determine that the gear cannot be reasonably repaired, we will provide a one-time replacement with an equivalent product of similar model or function.


2. One-Time Replacement Policy

If the backpack cannot be repaired:

  • We’ll replace it once with the same model (if still available), or a comparable model of equal value and performance.

  • A replacement backpack is itself covered under this same Lifetime Warranty for any new defect.

This is a one-time replacement per original product. If more issues arise with the replacement that are covered defects, they will be handled per this warranty.


3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage that results from:

Normal wear and tear

  • Fading of fabric

  • Abrasion from regular use

  • Scuffing on corners or base

  • Minor zippers pulling from heavy use

Accidental damage

  • Cuts, punctures, rips from sharp edges

  • Impact damage from dropping, crushing, or vehicles

Misuse, neglect, or alteration

  • Using the backpack beyond intended design

  • Modifications or repairs done by anyone other than an authorized The Eleventh repair partner

Loss or theft


4. How It Works - Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Proof of purchase - Order number, invoice, or receipt showing purchase from an authorized retailer

  2. Photos of the issue - Clear images showing the defect and the affected area

  3. Short description - When the problem began and how the backpack was used

We will review the claim and respond with next steps - usually within 5 business days.


5. Warranty Shipping Details

  • For approved claims, we’ll instruct you on how to send the pack to our repair center.

  • Return shipping for approved warranty repairs and replacements will be covered or partially covered, depending on your location and local repair capability.
